A Natural Hazard Disclosure Report plus much more!

  • The Report also includes: Mello-Roos Tax & Special Bonds and Assessments Tax information, Airport proximity,  Commercial-Industrial proximity, Commercial Agricultural proximity, Formally Used Military Defense Sites, Naturally Occurring Asbestos, plus additional important local disclosures, such as Critical Fire Hazard zones and Transportation Corridor zones.
  • Rapid turnaround time for report delivery. Receive report within a day of ordering. Email orders are even faster!

Report includes:

·        Leaking fuel tank (LUFT) sites, within 1/4-mile of the property.

·        Cal-Sites, within ½-mile of the property.

·        Landfill (SWIS) sites within ½-mile of the property.

·        Superfund sites within ½-mile of the property.

 

·        Report gives description of type of contaminant and status of remedial action.

 

 

 

 

 

This report costs $30.

On-Site Drainage and Erosion Evaluation
Personal inspection of the property by a drainage and erosion specialist

Buyers and sellers and their Realtors can benefit greatly from this unique, one-of-a-kind service.

 

Report includes:

 

 

  • Description of drainage and erosion conditions.

 

  • Recommendations for drainage improvements and erosion control for the property.

 

 

The only service of it's kind available in Santa Cruz County
